Based in Dallas, Finger leads the firm’s Private Equity Industry Team and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Finger advises clients on private equity and corporate transactional matters. He was instrumental in creating the firm’s international Independent Sponsor and Emerging Manager programs and its Sports Investing Symposium. Finger advised on more than 15 major transactions in 2025, D CEO reported. The magazine specifically highlighted Finger’s role in representing StoneTree Investment Partners on its investment in Reel Power International, where he was instrumental in structuring and closing a deal vital to the company’s expansion.
