Chauna focuses her practice on commercial litigation, contractual disputes, and financial litigation. She represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, at the trial level and on appeal, as well as arbitrations.
Chauna has experience in litigating high-stakes disputes between corporations and stockholders, and members and managers of limited liability companies, and other forms of entities. Chauna has experience in matters involving fiduciary duties, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, and demands for books and records.
In law school, Chauna served as an articles editor of the American University Business Law Review.
