Katie serves as an associate in the real estate and land use practice in the Los Angeles (Century City) office of McGuireWoods. Katie primarily represents institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization and sale in the secondary market secured by all asset classes including retail, office, hotel, industrial, multifamily and mixed use.
She also has experience representing lenders in the origination and sale of loans originated under the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer programs.
