As McGuireWoods’ chief financial officer, Pranab oversees the firm’s finance, pricing, accounting and tax functions. He has more than three decades of executive experience at professional services and technology companies.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Pranab was a finance partner at Guidehouse Inc., an international advisory, technology and managed services firm. He previously spent more than a decade at FTI Consulting as vice president of global financial planning and analysis, partnering with firm leadership to drive enterprise performance and strategic investment. During his tenure, the firm’s revenues grew from approximately $1.4 billion to $3.7 billion.
Pranab began his career in strategic finance roles at the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. He received his bachelor of technology degree with honors from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and earned his MBA from the Rotman School of Business, University of Toronto.
