Alex is a real estate attorney focused on the land and infrastructure behind energy generation, including utility-scale and distributed solar, wind, battery energy storage, and conventional and nuclear power, as well as the data centers and digital infrastructure that increasingly depend on it. He also guides clients through the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial and mixed-use properties and industrial facilities.
Alex has represented developers and landowners alike in placing thousands of acres under contract for energy generation and battery energy storage facilities. His experience on both sides of these transactions gives him practical insight into each party’s priorities, allowing him to advise clients effectively at every stage of energy-related real estate transactions and developments.
Alex’s work has earned recognition across both his energy and real estate practices.
