Alex assists clients with a variety of real estate transactional matters associated with renewable energy projects and commercial/mixed-use projects.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Alex gained significant experience in a number of legal areas ranging from real estate and corporate law to civil litigation. His breadth of experience makes him an effective representative of clients in all facets of real estate transactions and development. His practice focuses heavily on assisting clients with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of renewable energy projects.
Alex earned his J.D. from the University of Richmond T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia. While in law school, Alex served as president of the Real Estate Law Society and as an editor of the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business.
