Dan is a fund formation lawyer representing investment managers and other sponsors in the formation, structuring and operation of private funds and related products, in addition to representing institutional investors with respect to investments in private funds. Dan has worked with a diverse client base, ranging from large and middle-market sponsors to start-up and emerging growth managers.
Dan has widely varied experience in the private funds space, including with secondary transactions, continuation and rollover funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, co-investment vehicles, and other tailored transactions. Dan’s investor-side experience provides him with in-depth knowledge of market terms and investor concerns, which adds value both to his fund sponsor clients and investor clients.
