Izzy focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on intellectual property and technology transactions. She supports deal teams across the life of a transaction, conducting intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity diligence and assisting with the drafting and review of transaction documents.

Izzy also assists clients with a broad range of intellectual property matters, including trademark clearance, registration, and prosecution before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, and the management of trademark portfolios. In addition, she helps clients with IP licensing and technology agreements and with strategies to protect and enforce their intellectual property rights.
