Kimberly focuses her practice exclusively on ediscovery, and has done so since 2006. Her extensive ediscovery experience includes advising clients on search terms to cull documents prior to review, managing large teams of attorneys on document reviews involving millions of documents, creating privilege logs, and assisting litigation counsel in preparing for depositions and trial by utilizing the document database.

Kimberly also has extensive experience in the collection and production of documents in response to regulatory inquiries to financial institutions, as well as internal investigations for clients.

As part of her ediscovery practice, Kimberly continually evaluates cutting-edge ediscovery software and provides large corporate clients with advice on the appropriate tools to minimize costs and maximize accuracy.

Prior to her ediscovery work, Kimberly litigated insurance coverage disputes and has experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions, conducting witness interviews and depositions, and representing clients in courts and before arbitration panels.

Kimberly was an intern for the Honorable Paul F. Lutty of the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
