Tom is a member of the Discovery Counsel Services team and Commercial Litigation department.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Tom practiced at a regional firm with offices in Norfolk, Virginia and New York, New York. Tom represented various corporate clients from the start of discovery during commercial litigation to trial in both state and federal courts, with a focus on the initial discovery process and emphasizing on reducing cost and streamlining the discovery process.

Tom received his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where he served as an editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review and was a fellowship member of the William & Mary Center for the Study of Law and Markets.
