Greg focuses his practice on defending claims brought under various consumer protection statutes including the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Truth in Lending Act, and related state law claims. He has represented businesses and financial institutions in state and federal courts as well as in various arbitration forums throughout the country.
In the past, Greg has also been responsible for toxic and mass tort and products liability matters in various jurisdictions within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of Ohio. Greg has experience steering those matters from filing to favorable resolution, while also preparing and orally arguing various motions and briefs.
In 2009, Greg served as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti, District Judge for the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
