Allison L. Ebeck Associate

Allison concentrates her practice on complex commercial, financial services, and energy litigation. She represents a wide variety of commercial clients in both state and federal courts.

Allison represents commercial clients both large and small in breach of contract, statutory, shareholder, tort, and oil and gas cases across the United States. Allison has experience in all phases of litigation at both the trial and appellate level, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions, handling all stages of the discovery process, and defending and taking depositions.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Allison worked as an associate at a large regional law firm in Pittsburgh.

Allison received her law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, where she served as the senior topics editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and as a legal research and writing teaching assistant for the associate dean. During law school, Allison worked as a summer associate at a boutique corporate law firm in Pittsburgh and interned in the legal department of a national title insurance company.

Allison also received her undergraduate degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University, graduating with high distinction.
