David is an associate in the real estate & land use practice in McGuireWoods’ Century City office. His practice focuses on the representation of landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, and disposition.
To achieve a unique understanding of clients’ business objectives, David obtained his master of business administration (MBA) at UCLA Anderson School of Management. David utilizes his business degree to understand and achieve successful transactions for clients.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods, David was actively involved in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing transactions. His practical experience has given him perspective into clients’ needs and objectives.
He also previously served as a capital markets and commercial lending associate at an AmLaw 100 firm, representing a nationally prominent bank in its securitization transactions and an institutional healthcare system in its leasing and other real estate transactions.
