John advises buyers, sellers, and developers on mergers and acquisitions, energy transactions, and corporate advisory matters, with a focus on the acquisition, sale, and development of oil and gas, power, and renewable energy projects. His experience spans the entire energy sector, where he helps clients navigate the complexities of transactions and project development.
John earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. While attending law school, John’s comment was selected for publication in Volume 40 of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal and awarded the Keith J. Shapiro 83L Consumer Bankruptcy Writing Award for best piece on a consumer issue. John interned at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia for the Honorable Paul M. Baisier.
