Bridget A. Gilchrist Associate - Not admitted in North Carolina; admitted in District of Columbia

Bridget focuses her practice on high-stakes trial and appellate litigation across federal and state courts. With an eye toward novel legal issues and appeals, she tackles a wide variety of problems in the commercial litigation sphere.

Bridget graduated from the University of Chicago Law School as a transfer student after reaching the top of her 1L class. As a law student, she gained federal court experience as an intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Constitutional and Specialized Tort Litigation Section, and as a student attorney in the University of Chicago’s Federal Criminal Justice Clinic. She served as a staffer on the University of Chicago Law Review, where she is a published author of an online publication on novel Takings Clause issues in social media legislation. She will clerk for the Honorable John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in 2027.
