Hillel Goldstein advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and strategic businesses in connection with mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, and other investment transactions, as well as in connection with general corporate and governance matters.

Hillel’s work involves all stages of these transactions, including drafting and negotiating principal transaction agreements and ancillary documents, directing legal due diligence and facilitating closing and post-closing integration.

Prior to joining McGuireWoods, Hillel worked as an associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a global law firm.
