Joey focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory matters with an emphasis on energy transactions.

Before law school, Joey served as a surface warfare officer in the United States Navy. As a law student, Joey was elected president of the Military Law Society, the Law School’s student organization serving veterans and military connected students.
