Matt is a commercial real estate attorney who represents a diverse range of clients in high-value and complex real estate transactions. He has advised developers, investors, landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers on all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects. His practice spans a broad spectrum of asset types—ranging from office buildings and retail centers to industrial properties and mixed-use developments. He has represented a wide client base that includes publicly traded corporations, privately held companies, and individual investors.
Before focusing exclusively on transactional work, Matt spent the first four years of his legal career as a litigator. This experience gives him a unique perspective on risk mitigation and deal negotiation, enabling him to anticipate potential disputes and negotiate with a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset.
