Ian focuses his practice on the development and financing of domestic and international energy and infrastructure projects. He also advises sponsors and project owners and developers in project finance transactions and development finance institutions (DFIs) in negotiating and executing debt facilities.
Ian also flies F/A-18s as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserve. He is a 2011 graduate of the Navy’s Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN).
