Josh is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation department. He centers his practice on creditors’ rights litigation and other commercial disputes involving the recovery of assets in complex, distressed, and fast-moving situations. Josh has particular experience in insurance recovery, including in the mass-tort context, and in insolvency-related litigation involving bankruptcy trustees or state-court receivers.
Josh also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with restructuring transactions, and he advises corporate clients in the area of data privacy and security. Prior to joining the firm, Josh clerked for bankruptcy judges in the Northern District of California and Northern District of Florida.
