Andrew focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory matters with an emphasis on energy transactions.
Andrew received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. During law school, Andrew served as notes editor on the Virginia Law Review.
Prior to law school, Andrew worked for an investment bank in New York City, and at a renewable energy developer in San Francisco.
