Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. She counsels clients on a range of litigation matters, including intellectual property litigation, securities and shareholder litigation, and complex commercial disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Before joining McGuireWoods, Elizabeth was a litigation associate at a large international law firm.
Elizabeth earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a publications editor for the Virginia Journal of International Law, and interned for federal magistrate Judge F. Keith Ball of the Southern District of Mississippi. Prior to law school, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, where she studied Economics, History, and Middle Eastern Languages and Cultures.
