Sean focuses his practice on real estate finance transactions and represents institutional lenders in connection with commercial real estate loans intended for securitization and sale in the secondary market secured by all asset classes including retail, office, hotel, industrial, multifamily and mixed use. He also represents lenders in the origination and sale of loans originated under the Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer programs.

Prior to arriving at McGuireWoods, LLP, Sean served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. While on Active Duty, he planned, developed and executed information and influence operations across 7 countries under US Special Operations Command.

After leaving the military, Sean attended the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as served as editor-in-chief for the University of Baltimore Law Forum. While earning his law degree, Sean was a judicial intern for the Honorable Alexander Wright Jr. of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
