Christopher is co-leader of McGuireWoods’ Product Liability & Mass Tort Practice Group. Christopher defends manufacturers worldwide in complex product liability and commercial litigation, helping them manage risk and protect their businesses in high-exposure matters. He represents manufacturers of commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft and helicopters, as well as companies across a wide range of industrial and consumer products sectors. His experience includes disputes involving aircraft and rotorcraft, turbine engines and engine accessories, electronic navigation charts, bicycles, construction products, and fire protection systems.

Christopher’s practice extends beyond litigation to proactive risk management. He advises product manufacturers and sellers on terms and conditions of sale, warranty and risk-allocation provisions, product warnings and instructions, labeling and placarding, and the enforceability of pre-injury releases. He also handles business torts and other commercial disputes that intersect with complex technologies, providing clients with practical, integrated guidance designed to reduce exposure and avoid disputes before they arise.
