Sun focuses her practice on debt finance, representing lenders, sponsors, and borrowers in a variety of transactions including syndicated loans and acquisition financing.
Prior to joining the firm, Sun represented clients in connection with acquisition, construction, and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties, with a primary focus on affordable housing including transactions utilizing low-income housing credits, tax-exempt bonds, and conventional financing.
