Jake focuses his practice on general corporate and business transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and strategic and platform acquisitions and divestitures. Jake also works with emerging and established managers on the formation of private investment funds and represents fund sponsors and investors in the structuring and operation of private investment funds.
Prior to McGuireWoods, Jake’s experience included working in a legal and compliance role at an investment management firm.
