Jenn focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions. She represents public and privately-held companies, private equity funds, and institutional investors across multiple industries in a wide range of transactional matters, including platform and add-on acquisitions, equity investments, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
Jenn received her law degree from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where she worked as a teaching assistant for advanced legal research and writing and graduated summa cum laude.
