Robert focuses his practice on corporate and private equity transactions.
Robert received his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, graduating with certificates in Health Law and Compliance. While at Loyola, Robert was on the board of a legal clinic which helped underprivileged children and their families navigate the Chicago Public School System. Now, as a corporate attorney, Robert employs his legal skills to represent private equity clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.
