Max T. Novak Associate

Max focuses his practice on representing both financial institutions and borrowers in a variety of lending transactions including asset-based lending, leveraged finance, syndicated finance and multi-currency credit facilities.

Prior to joining the firm, Max was a transaction attorney in the banking and finance practice group of a leading international law firm in the Netherlands where he represented financial institutions and corporate borrowers in connection with a variety of local and cross-border finance matters.
