Nima’s practice is focused on e-discovery, which includes managing each phase of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”). His approach is to ensure that the e-discovery process is not only thorough and defensible, but also as efficient and cost-effective as possible.
Prior to his work in e-discovery, Nima practiced law overseas. He initially served as in-house counsel for an international NGO in Israel, and later, he worked in the European market, specifically Switzerland and Romania.
