Julianne represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including single-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour class and collective actions.
Julianne advises on employment issues, including employee discipline and termination, compliance and policy matters, and disability accommodation.
