Katie focuses her practice on the healthcare industry, helping clients with transactional matters and regulatory compliance. Katie works with a variety of healthcare providers, including hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and physician group practices.
Katie assists in drafting purchase agreements, operating agreements, and various ancillary documents to help close stock and asset purchase transactions.
