Reilly is an associate in the Government Investigations and White Collar Litigation Department.

Reilly earned her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as the president of Lambda Law Alliance.

Before law school, Reilly graduated summa cum laude from Hollins University, where she served as student body president, with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in History. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa, and Phi Alpha Theta honor societies. Reilly was also awarded the Annie Terrill Bushnell Award for her excellence in leadership, and the Pi Sigma Alpha Award for Political Science. She then worked as a deputy clerk at the Henrico County General District Court where she managed the court’s criminal and traffic dockets and assisted judges on administrative matters.
