Richard H. Senior Associate

Richard focuses his practice on securities and other corporate matters.

Richard received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, and served as senior managing editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Richard also earned an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, completing concentrations in strategy and entrepreneurship.

Prior to law school, Richard received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Utah. In between his undergraduate studies and time in law school, Richard worked in various management roles for a consumer finance technology company.
