Sidarth represents lenders in Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) program and Freddie Mac’s Capital Markets Execution (CME) platform, with extensive experience across agency and non-agency loan products. His work often involves complex deal structures such as seniors housing, credit facilities, cross-collateralized portfolios, forward commitments, and bridge-to-agency products.
