Nolan represents lenders in various debt finance transactions spanning secured and unsecured lending including bilateral and syndicated facilities. He also represents private equity sponsors in acquisition financings, refinancings, and portfolio company credit facilities.
Nolan earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Santa Clara Business Law Chronicle and as vice president of the AI and Blockchain Law Societies. He received his BA, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
