We opened our first North Carolina office on January 1, 1998, after joining forces with the North Carolina law firm Blakeney & Alexander. The addition of the firm Fennebresque, Clark, Swindell & Hay in 1999, made McGuireWoods one of the Queen City’s largest law firms. Our merger with Helms Mulliss & Wicker, PLLC on April 1, 2008, expanded our capabilities even further.
