My focuses his practice on corporate and commercial lending transactions. He represents agents, lenders, borrowers and participants in syndicated, club and single lender credit facilities.

His experience includes cash flow and asset based facilities, venture financings, leveraged acquisition financings, working capital lines, refinancings and dividend recapitalizations. In addition, he has experience with non-performing commercial loans involving workouts and restructurings.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $400 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of a contract drug manufacturer and several related acquisitions of pharmaceutical assets.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $295 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of a physician practice management company.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $44 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of a medical device manufacturer.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $25 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of a network of physician clinics.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $522 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of franchised casual dining restaurants.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $230 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a franchisee’s acquisition of franchised quick service dining restaurants.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $112 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a franchisee’s acquisition of franchised quick service dining restaurants.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $36 million senior secured credit facility in connection with a private equity sponsor's acquisition of franchised fast casual dining restaurants.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $640 million senior secured credit facility in connection with privately held company’s acquisition of a media, education and distribution company.

Represented the administrative agent and lender in connection with a $400 million senior secured credit facility in connection with private equity sponsor's acquisition of a portfolio of life insurance policies.

Represented the administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with a $150 million investment grade revolving credit facility for the working capital line of a utilities company.

Represented the lender in connection with a $20 million senior secured credit facility for the refinancing of existing indebtedness and working capital line for a publishing company.
