The EEI Legal Conference is a bi-annual meeting for the General Counsels of shareholder-owned electricity companies to receive updates on new laws and trends in the electric power sector. The conference is designed to facilitate the exchange of information on the latest developments in electric utility law and regulation, legislation, and corporate legal matters in order to further the excellence and cost-effectiveness of member company legal representation. This information assists General Counsels in remaining current on developments in the courts, before Congress, and with respect to corporate legal matters.
