The Future of Energy Conference 2026 at William & Mary Law School will convene leading voices from government, industry, and academia to examine the legal and policy challenges shaping the next phase of the U.S. energy system.

On May 20, partner Bernie McNamee will serve as panelist on “What Is the Future of PJM? Part One: Resource Adequacy” and May 21, he will speak on “Representing the Future of Energy before the SCC and the FERC.”

Partner Charlotte Mitchell will serve as a panelist on May 20 for “What Is the Future of PJM? Part Two: Governance.”

Partner Vishwa Link will serve as a panelist on May 21 for “Representing the Future of Energy before the SCC and the FERC.”
