Richmond partner Jonathan Harmon and Charlottesville partner Jim Neale are listed in the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2014 report, which recognizes lawyers for delivering superior client service.
Harmon is a national trial lawyer who defends clients in complex, high exposure litigation. He represents Fortune 500 companies and other clients in federal and state courts, winning verdicts in some of the most difficult venues in the country.
Neale, who has the additional distinction in the BTI report of being a 2-Year MVP, is co-chair of the firm’s food borne illness litigation practice. While his varied trial practice focuses on high exposure cases in courts across the country, much of his practice is focused on the defense of food-related litigation and the counseling of food companies on regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance.
The BTI Consulting Group Inc. interviewed nearly 300 corporate counsel from large and Fortune 1000 companies to research all aspects of client relationships. The results of the report are based on their findings.
