McGuireWoods Finishes Among Top Firms in Bloomberg 2014 Capital Markets League Tables

McGuireWoods ranked among the top-performing law firms in Bloomberg’s 2014 Global Legal Adviser League Tables, with gains across multiple categories. The firm ranked seventh in volume ($23.9 billion) for U.S. Investment Grade Issuer Advisers, up seven places from 2013, and ranked seventh in deal (65) count in the same category. In addition, the firm ranked:

  • Ninth in both volume ($29.9 billion) and deal count (69) for U.S. Corporates Issuer Advisers;
  • 11th in volume for U.S. Equity Linked Issuer Advisers ($1 billion); and
  • 14th in volume ($6 billion) for U.S. High Yield Issuer Advisers.
