McGuireWoods partners Jonathan Blank and Marvin Rogers and senior counsel

feedback from corporate counsel.

client relationships. They take, and make, the time to understand their
clients in depth — their business, their objectives, and their goals. This
elite group enjoys a clear cut advantage over the competition.”

this year’s class have made the prestigious list more than once.
Rogers, a debt finance partner in Charlotte, North Carolina, was nominated

institutions, equity providers, borrowers and issuers in transactions
