Jory focuses his practice on corporate restructuring, commercial bankruptcy, and workout matters. He represents a broad range of parties including debtors, secured and unsecured lenders, strategic investors, receivers, trustees, committees, and various other parties in financially distressed settings, including both in-court and out-of-court restructurings. Jory guides clients through complex challenges with clear, strategic advice.
Jory also advises clients in non-distressed situations including business counseling, commercial litigation, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to his legal career, Jory served as a forensic and litigation consultant for a global business advisory firm where he provided independent dispute advisory and forensic accounting services to the business and legal community.
