Sarah’s practice focuses on managing electronic discovery which includes advising clients regarding the collection and production of documents as well as providing relevant documents to the litigation team for use in depositions and hearings.
Her experience includes establishing quality control procedures to ensure documents are properly coded for relevance and privilege in large scale document productions and training attorneys to provide a quality document review. Additionally, she has significant experience with search term validation and preparing defensible privilege logs.
Prior to her e-discovery work, Sarah practiced complex commercial litigation in New Orleans. Her practice primarily involved class action defense, insurance coverage and regulatory matters, and mass disaster litigation. She has extensive experience in motion, discovery, and appellate practice in federal and state courts.
