Taylor focuses her practice on corporate and private equity transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions.
Taylor earned her law degree from Vanderbilt Law School, where she participated in the Turner Family Community Enterprise Clinic, representing nonprofit organizations in a range of transactional matters including governance, tax, contracts, employment, and risk management. Taylor also served as notes development editor for Vanderbilt Law Review.
