Jasmine’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing corporate clients in the financial services, construction, trucking, and healthcare industries. She has represented Fortune 100 companies in a broad range of disputes in federal and state court, mediation, and arbitration. She is experienced in various stages of the litigation process, including drafting and responding to complaints, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and drafting and arguing various motions. Clients choose to work with Jasmine due to her responsiveness and accessibility when they need it most.

Jasmine received her undergraduate degree from Old Dominion University, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class, and her law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law. During law school, Jasmine earned CALI awards for the highest grade in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research; Trial Practice; Child Advocacy Clinic, Decedents’ Estates and Trusts; and Secured Transactions. While in law school she served as captain of the AAJ Trial Team due to her ability to think quickly and critically in a fast-paced courtroom setting.
