John focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and borrowers in commercial lending transactions. He regularly supports clients in structuring and documenting leveraged finance syndications, bilateral facilities, and acquisition financing.
John received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame where he focused his studies on business law. John was the senior technology editor of the Notre Dame Law Review, served as a teaching assistant for torts, and worked with Indiana-based nonprofits and small businesses through Notre Dame Law School’s Community Development Clinic.
