Simoné M. Hovsepian Associate

Simoné is an associate in the business tax group at McGuireWoods, where she advises clients on a wide spectrum of transactional tax and corporate matters. Her practice encompasses counseling both public and private companies, including corporate clients and private equity firms, on domestic and international tax issues arising from a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, corporate restructurings, business formations, financings, partnerships, and strategic joint ventures.

Simoné also has extensive experience advising clients on transactional tax matters involving U.S. inbound and outbound investments. She advises clients in diverse industries such as finance, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, technology, health and wellness, automotive, consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and fashion and luxury brands, serving both domestic and international markets.
