Hannah focuses her practice on commercial real estate within the UK. She has acted on the sales and purchases of high-value industrial and retail properties and student accommodation developments, representing a broad range of clients including developers and institutional investors. She has also advised on the real estate aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions, as well as financings.
Hannah also has a wide range of asset management experience, and has advised both landlord and tenants on the letting and subsequent management of commercial, retail and industrial property.
Hannah trained at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP before moving to Forsters LLP in March 2015. Hannah joined McGuireWoods LLP in July 2018.
Advised a Jersey incorporated real estate investment company on the £36 million sale of a newly developed shopping centre in Stafford. Drafted all transactional documents in connection with the sale and lead an internal cross-departmental team in collating complex replies to enquiries
